We manufacture and supply KNG Plasform Panels, a modular plastic formwork system made from engineered polypropylene composite, offering a sustainable, reusable, and cost-efficient alternative to conventional plywood shuttering.
Certified as an Industrial Building System (IBS) and compliant with the Green Building Index (GBI), our Plasform is the first DIY (Do It Yourself) modular formwork system in India and the Asia-Pacific region. It is suitable for a wide range of applications in both sub-structure (footings, pile caps, ground beams, stumps) and super-structure (columns, walls, lift cores, beams, slabs).
In addition to the DIY system, manhandle and crane-handled configurations are also available, giving flexibility for projects of different scales.

Engineered for High Reuse and Cost Efficiency
KNG Plasform panels are designed to be reused over 200 times without degradation. After 200 uses, the effective cost becomes ₹20 per sq.m., the lowest in the market compared to plywood, aluminium, or steel shuttering systems.
