Millennium Building System Inc. manufactures and supplies KNG Welded Wire Mesh in the Southern part of India. KNG WWF is a prefabricated reinforcement consisting of a series of parallel longitudinal wires with accurate spacing welded to cross wires at required spacing. The welding of the wires is achieved by an electric resistance mechanism of high reliability. There is no foreign metal added at the joint and the intersecting wires are actually fused into homogenous sections thereby ensuring permanency of spacing and alignment in either direction.
KNG Prefabricated Welded wire mesh (WWM) consists of a parallel series of High Strength Cold Rolled Deformed bars welded together in square or rectangular grids. Each wire intersection is electrically resistance-welded by a continuous automatic welding machine. Pressure and heat fuse the intersecting bars into a homogeneous section and all bars in the proper position (No foreign material is used for the welding and the weld strength is of 250 Mpa).
Advantages
Standard Size
The standard fabric sizes are with spacing of 25mm to 300mm in steps of 25mm using wire diameter of 5.00mm to 16.00mm in steps of 0.5mm. The standard sheet size length is 9.0 meters and width 4.0 meters.
Square or rectangular with 75mm spacing are useful in short-span floors or roof slabs with single-or two-tier reinforcements. Square or rectangular slabs with single-or two-tier reinforcements. Square or rectangular with 100mm, 150mm, and 200mm spacing, respectively.
