KNG Ribbed Bars can be implemented at any stage of the project even if the previous slabs have been cast with TMT Steel and the designs/drawings have been done with CTD /TMT Bars. It involves only direct substitution without any change in the drawings, design, spacing of rods, grade of concrete etc the direct substitution. Usage of KNG Ribbed Bars over the conventional steel results in a quantity savings of 30-40 % and cost savings of 8-20%. The savings can be maximised if KNG Ribbed Bars is incorporated at the design stages itself.

KNG Ribbed Bars can be supplied in standard 12 m length or in coil form. The additional benefits like lesser transportation costs, lesser labour cost, lesser weight tolerance, low rate of corrosion & higher strength will be bonus and thus resulting in huge savings to the users.
