Fibermesh fibers are manufactured in the following forms:
Monofilaments (bundles of thin individual monofilaments) i.e. our `STEALTH’ fibers – These are the economical fibers which can be used in general reinforced concrete, light duty industrial floor slabs, driveways and parking areas in residential / commercial buildings, aesthetic concrete elements, plasters and for preventing explosive spalling of concrete due to fire, water retaining structures etc. Available also now Stealth e3 Multidimensional graded fibers (The only of its kind in the world) which are also capable of mixing in handmixed plasters
Fine Fibrillated fibers (bundles of interconnected strands which open up during the mixing process) i.e. our `Harbourite’ fibers – These are superior technology fibers for use in Plaster, Gunite and Precast elements and are the only fibers in the world which can even mix in dry mortars like gunite.
Graded Fibrillated fibers (Thick bundles of interconnected strands which open up during the mixing process) i.e. our `Fibermesh MD’ (Fibermesh Inforce e3) fibers – These are the world’s most advanced fibers for use in reinforced concrete, marine structures, concrete subject to seismic forces, heavy duty industrial floor slabs, concrete pavements, water retaining structures, machine foundations, for superior concrete toughness and to provide post crack residual strength.
